Own Something

You can either watch the door close
— or kick it open.
I wasn’t born into money.
And I definitely didn’t set out to write a book.
I started out as a journalist, exposing censorship and government overreach during the pandemic.
But the deeper I dug, the more obvious it became:
The real story isn’t about politics. It's all about money.
While the headlines kept us distracted, monetary policy — the real engine of inequality — is quietly reshaping our lives.
It doesn’t matter who's in charge.
Social mobility is collapsing either way.
I'm not from a long line of homeowners.
Nobody handed me a blueprint for getting into the market.
If I wanted a future, I had to figure it out myself.
I got tired of being angry.
Tired of watching good people get priced out, rennovicted, and ripped off.
So I decided to get off the sidelines.
I took everything I had learned investigating policies, following the money, and studying the system.
Then I went deeper — earning my real estate license, decoding the inside playbook, and turning it into something the average person could actually use:
A battle plan.
One built for regular people — not insiders, elites, or billionaires.
And when I really saw how the game was played —
Pre-sales. Assignments. Bank Policies. Lobbyists, Speculators —
I realized:
The system isn’t broken.
It was never built for you.
But if you understand the rules —
You can flip the board.
This isn’t just a rant.
It’s a roadmap.
Built for people who are ready to stop waiting for permission — and start owning their future.
Because if I can figure this out, you can too.
And if you start now, you can own something, and be happy.

No. This book is for people who don’t have massive savings. It’s about mindset, education, and finding creative ways to break in.
While it’s BC-focused, the strategies and mindset apply to anyone in a high-cost, high-barrier market.
This book meets you where you are. It’s not about the past—it’s about moving smarter from here.
