The Back Story
I came to real estate from music and journalism. I was a Juno-nominated music producer as BREVNER. I was the BC producer for Rebel News. I ran The Strange Times — a media channel with 40K Instagram followers built on the premise that most narratives need interrogating.
That instinct — to ask what's actually true, not what looks true — is what I brought into real estate. Vancouver's presale market is full of beautifully produced presentations, carefully worded disclosure statements, and incentives that look better than they are when you read the fine print. I read the fine print.
I'm a BC licensed PREC and founding partner of Origin Group at Real Broker. I cover presale and new construction across Metro Vancouver. I have exclusive developer relationships that give my clients access and pricing others don't get.
But the reason clients come back isn't the exclusive pricing. It's that I told them the truth about the last project they asked me about — even when it wasn't the project I was selling.
